SERVICES INCLUDED:
Voluntary Automobile Repossession - We will contact debtor to set up meeting time & place to recover vehicle. With a voluntary repossession we will make every effort to secure both ignition and door keys.
Involuntary Automobile Repossession - We DO NOT make contact with the debtor. We will do our best to recovery the vehicle in 72hrs. In the event the vehicle is not recovered in 72 hrs we will make detailed notes on any and all efforts, including date, time of attempts.
Vehicle Condition Report - Once a vehicle is recovered we will complete a Vehicle condition report and include photos. We can either email or fax the report to client
Storage - After the repossession the vehicle will be stored in our secured storage lot. We will provide ten (10) of free storage. Each additional day will be at $10 a day. We will notify the client two (2) days prior to the last free storage date if collateral is still in storage.
